"I've been coming to the roost since 2012 if I considered any place in Colorado to be my go-to for delicious food this is my place... We eat here at least once a week and I love it every time !! The chicken fried steak skillet is my go to ! All the servers here are amazing and a lot of them have been there 10+ years.. Here is a photo of my c.f.s skillet"
"We stopped by this place today. The service was really good, the lady was super nice and helpful with menu questions. I totally recommend the pancakes. I had the vegetarian omelette and my hubby had the breakfast burrito. The plates are big portions and almost 2 people can share. We had a lot leftover from both plates. The only thing I could say is that my omelette needed some seasoning. I guess if u are watching your sodium intake, then it would be fine."
"Five stars all around. Great breakfast joint with friendly service. Great food choices. I love to look at all the cool decorations. Came here for an annual Christmas breakfast with my work peeps and we had great food and a good time. I recommend the big breakfast burrito, but you can't go wrong with anything here."
