"Staff was rude & actually yelled at me because I was ordering for myself & my friend. I guess I was too slow but the place was deserted. I wanted to chill for lunch, but next time I'll order ahead or drive through."

"These new Buffalo chicken empanadas were incredible! Also, the new bbq pulled pork burger tastes waaaay better than it looks! I would definitely get these items again!!! So good! Thanks. Sorry I didn't get a photo of the burger, but here's the last few chicken things."

"I was greeted poorly I was treated as if I was being rude. When done I was given one total and had my money ready at the window and then was told a different total and the lady in the window slammed the window in my face. Asked for sauce and that really pissed her off. I been here so many times for plenty of years and never was treated as poorly as her. Bad customer service"

"I ordered through the Sonic app for pick up at 6:45. The app wouldn't let me check in at a stall, so I went to the drive up. It was a weird interaction, but whatever. I pulled up to the window and waited; at about 6:55 they acknowledged me. The weird interaction continued but we were getting our food, so whatever. Now, I have allergies and dietary restrictions; so I check my orders before I leave. THIS DUDE slams open the pick up window and YELLS "Do you open your DoorDash??" I was startled by this and replied "Um, what?" ... He again, now pointing at MY food, YELLS "That DoorDash, why are you opening it?" As I'm realizing his terrible assumption was the reason for ALL of the weird interactions up to this point, I inform him of my name, the name on the order, which FOR ME and my daughter who was in the passenger seat, and that I check my food for accuracy. THIS GUY "Well, is it OK??" Being a bit startled, again, I told him I hadn't really had a chance to look yet. And I pulled away flustered. Thankfully it was accurate. Not great quality (see photo of chicken not-so-tenders) but the specific requests were correct. But seriously, they weren't even busy!! I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. Is their online ordering system so bad that they can't tell if it's a direct order or a DoorDash? Or was this complete incompetence? Needless to say, we're never going back to that location. Lack of staffing has nothing to do with how this man spoke to me."
