"Everything--the service, atmosphere, and food--was perfect, EXCEPT the brats that came with the Bavarian Dinner. They were super dry, oddly textured, and nothing like legitimate German brats. Other than that, I'd recommend this place to everyone!"
"This was our first time at this location and it wasn't bad. It wasn't busy at all so we got seated quickly. Service was also quick and our server was attentive and very nice! I recommend trying their house beers, my go to favorite is the blonde! They have some great seasonal beers, which may be different from the Evergreen location. Menu was simple and reasonably priced. We got the Bavarian Dinner which was great for 2 people to share! I also recommend the grits and the mac n cheese. Overall, I'm satisfied with our visit here. I'm partial to the Evergreen location, but this one is closer to us, so we'll be back again!"
"The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Some restaurants can be very noise but that wasn't the case here...a nice change of pace. The food was good. Some better than others. The Figgy Piggy Flat bread was amazing. My Burnt ends mac and cheese was delicious but not very hot(temperature) kinda a bummer. My husbands Buffalo burger was a little overcooked and not as flavorful as he would have thought it should be. All in all I would definitely be willing to come back and try some other dishes that looked intriguing."
"This was a good time... ordered off their Octoberfest menu. Spaetzel and Schnitzel - yum. Dessert - tasty. But the appetizer, Kartofell Cakes, were De-lish!! Had two flights of beer - just to sample from both their original list of beers and their October seasonal flavors. Good service - wasn't too hectic for a Thursday lunch. Loved the lodge feel, high ceilings, and their beer flags:) They also have a cute patio that is dog friendly."
