"I was rear ended by a person insured by Fred Loya. I was extremely nervous about being taken care of based on some of the reviews I’d read online, but everything with my repair went smoothly. A day after the accident I was called to give the statement and was notified a few days later that they were accepting liability. I had to go to their office for the initial estimate and received a check in the mail about a week later. Setting up my rental was easy and Fred Loya extended it for as long as I needed and the shop was paid before I picked my car up. Would I carry them as my own insurance? No, I don’t think so. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have my case taken care of as it was given, like I said, the reviews I’d read."
