"This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Denver that I have been to . Not sure if they are understaffed or the job is too big for manager but it seems that the associates don’t have any kind of training and they get frustrated and rude to customers that are only picking up their prescriptions. Poor management, never coming back and please do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy."

"TERRIBLE! 0 STARS. Sent in a refill over 2 weeks ago that they have filled before, got a text confirmation the next day saying it was out of stock but they were ordering it. Called to check on it and they never received my refill request! And then they called me back today saying their supplier is out of my Rx "indefinitely" and that they can't fill my prescription. I'm nearly out of my medication and now I have to transfer it to another pharmacy. Ridiculous and irresponsible. I don't understand how this place is allowed to still operate. I hope they get shutdown."

"This pharmacy needs to be shut down. They are medically irresponsible at this point. My Dr. called in pain meds at 2:00pm for after a surgery. I stood in line for 20 minutes at 5:30 in pain. They tell me it’s not ready, and have the audacity to ask me if I need it tonight. Yes, I just had surgery. You’ve had 3 hours to fill. They told me to wait. While I wait I listen to them turn one person after another away, meds not ready. A little old lady just said she has no meds left and needs her medication. Sent away. Another guy said he has an infection and needs his antibiotics, turned away. This is unacceptable to operate as a pharmacy like this. This isn’t a new problem either. They can’t keep staff here apparently. The drive through has been shuttered. Just close if you can’t manage. Please avoid this place for you health and well-being. Hopefully they can be reported and shut down."

"If there were any option for zero stars, I would be rating that here. I was on hold for an hour and got hung up on abruptly. It's not the first time. The pharmacist in the store, face-to-face, was utterly rude and dismissive. I get that you're understaffed but you don't have to be so unkind & radically married to having an inhospitable manner with your patrons. For several years I used another Walgreens in Denver, and haven't been as much lately because I've had issues with prescriptions being filled incorrectly & again being curt, ineffectual, & rude with customers."
