"Love these folks. I have been a customer of Blue Ribbon Home Warranty for 6 years and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. I’ve called on them for numerous repairs for my home. They’ve always been prompt, friendly, and the technicians they contract with have always been professional and thorough. It’s definitely been worth the investment and peace of mind for my family and I. Also, I know a few other homeowners who utilize Blue Ribbon and each one of them has has similar positive experiences. "My dishwasher went out in November, about 2 months before my warranty was set to expire. I called Blue Ribbon and they told me they didn't have a tech in my area, but to schedule with one of my choosing. The tech I called came out and diagnosed as dead on arrival. BRHW explained the terms clearly and valued my current dishwasher at $400, plus the $80 service call, less my $55 deductible. I purchased a new dishwasher and received a check in the mail for $430. I did upgrade to a nicer dishwasher (Whirlpool) and only spent $93 out of pocket after everything was said and done. Blue Ribbon was a joy to work with and I will be renewing with them on the 19th of the month. I'm very happy with Blue Ribbon and highly recommend them. 5 stars, great customer service. Thanks again."

"Have not had an issue so far. Called in a claim 12/20/23 for a plumbing issue, Master plumber came out at noon on 12/21/23 and we are all set to go. Only had to pay the $75 copay. We have had our policy since June 2020 and have had to use it on 4 different occasions. Whenever I do not get a person on the phone to call in, I leave a message as well as submit a claim online and always get a call back in a timely manner."

"We kept renewing our warranty after a relator gave it to us when we bought the house. *** Buyer beware, they have fine print in the contracts**** that allow them to deny almost any claim because of a technicality. Our oven/range went out and because one of the parts in the range had glass in it they denied fixing even though they it clearly states they cover oven/ranges in every policy's they offer."

"Honestly I'm surprised by all these awful reviews. In my experience Blue Ribbon his been nothing short of excellent. They've helped replace our water heaters, and fix both or my ovens. Their online claim system makes it super easy to submit a claim, and in my cases they had a repair company contact me with 48hrs of claim submission. Would definitely recommend! My annual $400 policy has saved me hundreds over the last 3 years."
