"Staff is very rude on the phone, got hang up by a guy while still taking, most of the technicians have a bad attitude. I always have to ask if they have the prescription in stock because they mostly never check and I end up waiting way longer than expected."

"Don’t go here to get your scripts unless you want to be treated poorly by the female pharmacist. She is rude. I went in today to get another prescription, since i’ve been sick for a while now and not getting better. I had a few questions for her regarding the medications. She did not give me the time of day, seemed bothered to help educate me and embarrassed me in front of everyone there. Resulted in me leaving in tears, and not even getting my prescription because it “could not be filled” because the “measurements” on the script weren’t matching up. The ladies at the front tried their best to help me, since the pharmacist was incapable of being polite. I will never be going here again. Walmart, do better."

"Staff friendly and took time to answer questions. Had my prescriptions filled quickly. They were busy but there was no line so I was in and out quickly."

"Horrible customer service. The pharmacists don't want to do their job. My husband and I were having to call insurance and Doctors to try to get things straightened out to get my insulin transferred from out of state. The ones who answer the phone don't want you to ask for the pharmacist. When we first moved here 3 months ago they still have not transferred all of my meds. Wth people. Don't go here for scripts!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to see if my prescription was called in and the pharmacist I spoke to was not only super rude but also said that my prescription wasn't called in. She acted as if she was bothered that she had to do her job. When I called my doctors office to see if they called it in they said that they had and that they had the same experience with this woman. I refuse to give them my business and would advise everyone else to do the same"
