"Called to inquire about a rejected prescription. Simply asked a couple of questions so that I'm informed. The lady on the line appeared to have someone at their side informing them what to respond. Maybe she was new. I don't know. But the next thing I hear is the other voice say hang up! The call did not drop you would hear the handset hit and fuller around on the console. What kind of customer service is that? I was polite and calm and this is their resolve??!! I called back and was left on hold... they never picked up the line but you could hear them answer and immediately place it back on hold. Someone needs to get fired!"
