"(It takes a long time to receive your medication from the pharmacy at Lowry Family Health Center. "I come here to pick up my mother’s prescription. This clinic helps a lot of POC & does well with being able to communicate with people who’s first language isn’t English. The wait times range from short to long, but the physicians are very friendly so I don’t mind. Due to the pandemic, they changed their hours & ways of operating. Still an overall pleasant experience if you’re not impatient☺️"

"Dr B and his nursing staff are absolutely amazing! As a care manager they are beyond what I hope to see for my patient and provide them care and support in the office and when we get to speak with them. I do wish that whoever was receiving calls understood their patient population better as they are often cold, even callous, on the phone for scheduling and don't seem to understand the frustration that my patients deal with daily just trying to live a somewhat full life as a person who is permanently disabled. The doctors and nurses almost always make up for this and are honestly a blessing."

They truly care about their patients, which is impressive considering how many they see. Every member of the staff I have interacted with has been kind and caring and friendly.
