"My son was in pain due to his wisdom teeth coming out. The oral surgeon in our area gave him an appointment three weeks out. I looked for an alternative and found Smile Studio Denver. During my initial call the lady who answered thought they coule not help us but later in the afternoon I got a call from Heather, she apologized for the confusion and offered their services. She said since they record all of the calls she caught my call. I was immediately impressed! They actually listen to recorded calls! This tells me they want to ensure they offer good customer service from the moment one calls. Long story short, they scheduled him for a consultation and then the extraction. Within two business days he had been taken care off. We were greeted in a very friendly way as soon as we walked in. The dentist was just as friendly and greeted my son with a handshake. We are beyond pleased with the service at this office and will be our "go to" office if the dentists in our area cannot get us in. Needless to say i HIGHLY recommend them!!"

"Got my 85 year old uncle in last minute for an emergent appointment! He has a self professed fear for the dentist and has avoided maintaining a dental home for decades (hence the dental emergency). The entire staff were amazing! Professional, accommodating and patient! At the end of the visit he said he would willingly go back! (WIN). "Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The personnel greet you when you walk in with the warmest of welcomes. Very through and no pressure. You matter. One thing though look up in the ceiling (yes the ceiling) they have a television you can watch as they are working ion your teeth. Amazing!"
