"Dr. Burke and her team are absolutely amazing. I have been going to their practice for 8 years. She is the most gentle dentist I have been too. Both of my lateral incisor crowns needed to be replaced. I wasn’t in love with the first replacements so she kept going until I was completely satisfied. She was gentle and patient and my smile has never looked better. Her whole staff was supportive and kind. They even made the insurance process easy. I would like to address the review of being charged for being overly late or no show. Their staff goes out of their way to both text, email and call to remind the patient of their appointment. Their fees are made clear upfront on the patient form. You sign the form signifying that you understand the late or no show fees. These fees are standard in the dentistry industry as well as in many other industries. I understand that their time is valuable and a late or no show, especially without phoning ahead is costly. I don’t know anyone from Burck Family Dentistry personally, but I do know by experience that they go out of their way to help in any way they can. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing team."
