"I would love to give this location and its dentists a big fat zero if the option existed. Their lack of organization is astounding, and I can't believe the state of their equipment, with exposed wires and all. I reached out to them before scheduling as a new patient, and they assured me that they accepted my insurance. Imagine my surprise when I arrived, handed over my insurance card and ID, only to have the doctor sitting next to the front desk inform me that they, in fact, did not accept my insurance. I was then shuffled off to another doctor, who seemed more organized than the rest. Despite arriving at 10 a.m. for my appointment, I didn't make it into the office until an hour later. We went through the usual routine with X-rays, and the dental assistant went to fetch the doctor. The doctor pulled up my file and proceeded to criticize the front desk and assistant for incorrectly entering my information into my chart. To make matters worse, the front desk lady hadn't even bothered to enter my insurance information at all. The doctor went to speak with her, and returned to inform me that she had entered my birthday incorrectly, despite having seen my ID card when I arrived. The doctor then went back to confirm my insurance with the front desk, and the front desk lady asked me to leave, claiming that they had tried to contact me to confirm my insurance, which I never received. Not a single call, text, or any other form of communication. From start to finish, this place is a disaster. I can't imagine the kind of work they would do in your mouth, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're prepared to spend hours getting the bare minimum of treatment. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Perhaps it's for the best"

"I had a first time appointment and was seen 45 minutes later than my scheduled appointment! I requested knowing how long it would take, and the receptionist then pushed me forward. They should had told me the moment that I arrived that they were “short staff” and running behind “X” amounts of time versus me having to approach them for clarification—unprofessional. There was only one other person being seen before me. The location had out of date equipment, the location didn’t feel clean, and I was given a USED mouth piece to bite down on for an X-ray. There were heavy bite marks on it, so I asked if they were giving me a used one and the hygienist stated, “Oh, of course we sterilize it.” Absolutely disgusting! The hygienist was rough in my mouth with x-rays and cleaning, and did a horrible job with giving instructions on what she was going to do or how she wanted me to respond. She told me, “Your teeth are sensitive,” when I told her to be gentle. I’ve always had great teeth and have NEVER been told that I have “sensitive teeth.” Plus, I’ve never experienced any type of teeth sensitivity ever in my life. The dentist, Dr. Patricia, was fine and did her job well. She tried to up-sell me by offering me a fluoride treatment. I declined. The hygienist almost added it if I didn’t request for her to remove it. Overall, I’ve never had an issue with a dentist office before until here. Everything was disorganized, unprofessional, and unhygienic to me. I wouldn’t go back, but I do give the dentist props. I arrived at 8:02 am and left at 9:46 am—and that’s because I was adamant about paying and leaving."

"If I could give a 0 rating for the Orthodonics I would. This is the 2nd time in a year that the Orthodontist quit. Both times I had to wait for 2 months plus for a appointment. Horrible customer service, can not get ahold of a real person at the office. I emailed the office manager and corporate office several times. The Office Mgr finally called me. I saw another earlier review stating they want their money back so they can go elsewhere. I did request this when I spoke to the Office Manager. She said she was going to email a request and would get back to me. I did not hear from her, go figure. Yesterday, I called and the Office Manager answered the phone. Omg, almost fell off my chair. I did pick up my trays and I am trying to transfer to the Brighton location which is very far from my house. I cant take this incompatance any longer. I am writing a complaint to the Dental board."

"Please consider reviewing their Yelp ratings before choosing this place for treatment. My experience with orthodontic treatment here hasn’t been the best, with multiple doctors leaving and resulting in last-minute cancellations, care delays, and a lack of attentive care. I’m disappointed with the results."
