"Went in for a tooth abscess and had a root canal re-treatment, I have no complaints from the office staff and the dentists themselves except for overall cost transparency. This review is mostly my issues running into corporate that remain unresolved. There was a price discrepancy and I called corporate to clarify because I was due a refund since they over billed me. Turns out they bill nearly $700 for all X-rays which are required for all patients according to the corporate office. They told me my portion was just $125 and never told me the overall total cost of the X-rays or the fact I would be responsible for the difference of what insurance didn't cover of the high exam fee. It was simply a pay this and you are good. However they overcharged my root canal by nearly $900 so when I called corporate to get a refund they subtracted the mystery amount from the overcharged X-rays and wouldn't tell me a total number for the refund due. They claimed it would take 30 days before I could even get a number or amount the refund would be. My issue remains unresolved. Overall the dentist and staff were friendly and did a great job. However a $700 required X-ray from corporate and non-disclosure of prices is not okay by any means. They don't give you a treatment plan for the X-ray disclosing prices either. So sadly I will be leaving a 1 star review until corporate gets back to me."

"Had an amazing experience with Amber and Dr. Moy! I came in (without an appointment) with some pretty severe gum tissue damage from a poor fitting retainer. They were able to see me the same day and completely fixed the issue. I highly recommend this office for their friendliness, clear communication and ability."

They take the time to help you understand what's going on, what they're doing and what you can do to help. I used to be fairly anxious about going to the dentist & would put it off more than I should... But these folks have cured me of that entirely! 5 stars, 10/10 cant recommend enough"

"All the staff was super friendly. Lyrique did my x rays and did an awesome job. She got the x rays at the right angle so Dr May was able to find the fracture in my tooth right away. My regular dentist missed it a few days ago. I definitely recommend this place."

"Came in on CHRISTMAS EVE with an emergency tooth extraction and they were extremely accommodating and helped me with any issues I had. I had to wait a few hours until they could see me but I am not complaining! I am just very grateful they got me in. Once the doctor started on the extraction it took no more than 5-7 minutes! Truly a great place and great staff! Thank y’all! And Merry Christmas"
