"Rescheduled a routine dental cleaning 3 times. As I arrived to the last of 3 rescheduled appointments, my phone text was reminding me of the appointment while the desk was telling me once again there was a problem with staff. They seem like nice people who are daft at running a practice. They can't effectively run a practice, keep a schedule or competently communicate. My daughter and husband quit going to the practice a year or so ago over this lack of professional management of the practice. They both now go to a dentist in Frisco Colorado because it is worth it to have the appointment actually happen. Now I'm done too. I'm sure I can find a dentist that will take care of my dental health while not taking years off my life in frustration with the scheduling insanity that put people through. This was not the first failure I have experienced. I'm a sucker for giving second and third chances but really, shame on me for not taking better care of myself and allowing this ineptness."

"Dr. Harris and her staff seemed fine to work with initially. However, they are predatory in their billing practices and very difficult to work with. For example, I had a non-emergency cosmetic procedure scheduled because the RDH working at the office (Loren King) at the time told me it would be fully covered by my insurance and I should do it with Dr. Harris. The office manager at the time took my insurance information and never conducted a prior authorization to help me understand if there would be any out of pocket costs. If I had known I would be stuck with a $700 bill for a dental procedure I didn’t need I would never had done it. Now, they are threatening to send me to collections for what my insurance did not cover. An unexpected balance bill from an out-of-network provider is called a surprise medical bill and it’s illegal. Colorado protects consumers from surprise medical bills that are non-emergency procedures."

Rose was very helpful in submitting insurance claims. And it is always so comforting to be a recipient of Dr. Harris' expertise. What a great team!! How nice to actually enjoy going to the dentist as a result of these three professional women's excellent care!"

Dr. Harris was thorough and answered all my many questions. We came up with a good plan and I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Which is something I have never said before."
