"My daughter had an issue with one of her brackets. Despite a snow storm cancelling school, we were still able to get into Dr. Patil’s office and get it taken care of. In fact, we were able to get in earlier. We are now able to keep work and school schedules intact due to not having to reschedule for another day. This is the type of service we always have received at Patil Orthodontics. The team is so supportive and kind. We can’t imagine being anywhere else."

"From just a few visits, we can tell that Dr. Patil cares deeply about both his patients and his staff, as well as excellence in ortho care and practices. The cost of care at this office is significantly higher for us than other options, but we are choosing to go with Dr. Patil because of this attention to excellence. For example, while sitting for my son's first braces appointment, I overheard Dr. Patil take the extra time to compliment a staff member's work, something that most busy medical professionals might overlook. The office itself has an incentive/reward system for leaving five star ratings, which felt odd and forced to me, but I have since edited this review and chosen to leave a five-star rating largely because of the excellence and humility of Dr. Patil, which trickles down into the well-being of all who work with him, and ultimately the well-being of the patients as well. "Dr. Patil and staff have great attention to detail. My son looks forward to his visits and is motivated to do everything he’s supposed to do while wearing braces. The office has an incentive program for kids to take good care of their braces and practice good hygiene. This has definitely helped during the process! Our daughter just started coming here as well. She was nervous at first, but Dr. Patil and staff are amazing with her!"
