"Do note use this dentist! Their billing is atrocious. They performed a "medically unnecessary" crown on me. They didn't bother to pre authorize the work as they promised and couldn't be bothered to submit the medical justification (if it existed) to insurance. Nor could they be bothered to re-submit the bill when asked. The killer: they reported the bill to collection agencies who now hound me. Do not use this dentist!"

"Really disappointed in the front office coordination here. I had a 4 pm appointment, they called me at 8:30 am to ask if I could come in at 3 pm instead. I agreed, only to show up at 2:45 and have to wait in the lobby until 3:20. And then they ran so late they couldn’t finish the cleaning before the office closed. It’s very disappointing to me because the hygienist and dentist were really nice and caring, but the front office really needs to improve their scheduling and efficiency."
"I have always rated customer service one of the benchmarks when assessing performance! Today was an exceptional day for me to experience above and beyond attention to detail. I felt genuine care for my overall health and more importantly being valued as a human being! My dental hygienist was outstanding; great bed manners as my parents use to say! The doctor was informative, gracious and if she were my daughter I would be bragging the professionalism she possesses and the talent God has blessed her with to heal physically and emotionally to the patients under her care!
