"Hands down the best dental location in Erie! Dr. Cope and staff are extremely professional and their work is top-notch. I feel that I can trust the team's advice and they carefully explain each procedure, the benefits, and cost. I always feel like I'm in good hands with this practice. Recently I needed an emergency procedure and was able to get in right away and the issue was resolved quickly. Dr. Cope is extremely trustworthy and quite skilled as a dentist. His practice is well-managed and an asset to the Erie community!"

"We moved to Erie a few years back when my boy/girl twins were 4 years old. For about a year I kept using my old dentist in Longmont until we had an emergency. The twins were playing Spiderman vs Batman and my daughter accidentally fell and knocked out her front baby tooth on a plastic chair. Needless to say, my wife and I freaked out. We called up 4 local dentists and asked if they can see my daughter right away. Two said they can’t help me and to make a regular appointment. One said they may be able to squeeze her in that afternoon and asked to call them back later. Then was Dr. Brian Cope. Their office said to bring her in right away. They put her in a char while Dr. Cope was attending to another patient. He stopped what he was doing, came over, looked at my daughter’s mouth and her missing tooth and told us not to worry, everything will be fine, and this will not impact the adult tooth that is going to grow in in a couple of years. Then he went back to taking care of his other patient. Before we left, I told the office that Dr. Cope is now our dentist and my whole family will be using his services from now on. That was 7 years ago, and he is still my dentist and will be for a very, very long time."

"I have been going to Cope for a number of years and always felt they were acting as an advocate for my best dental care within the confines of my insurance coverage. Last December I went to the office in need of a crown and root canal. I was told my patient responsibility for the work would be $610 with my insurance coverage. I paid that at the time of service thinking we were done. Just received another bill for $350 and when I called to question the additional charge I was told "maybe our numbers were outdated", and "well, that's just what the numbers are"... no apology, no accommodations, no sympathy for being over 50% off in their initial estimate. I also learned that the root canal will be a totally separate patient responsibility and another bill for over $500. This was also not explained to me at the time of service. I will NEVER go back to this office, nor will my wife or children. Shady business practice acting in their own self interest and not in the interest of the patient. Please find another Erie dentist, goodness knows there are plenty of alternatives."

"Dr. Cope and the staff at Cope Family Dental are very friendly and professional. They are on time for my appointments and explain in detail the services and care plan that I need. I feel confident that I am getting the best service. My cleanings and crown were done with care. The hygienists and Dr. Cope are very gentle, which is huge for me!"
