"We stopped here on our way out of town and the food was delicious. Don't shy away from anything with the green chili sauce in it or on it. Best grits ever and I'm not a grits fan! Try the green chili cheese grits! I wish I would have brought some home with me. If I were a local this would be my breakfast go to."

"This little cafe is off the beaten path and doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that keep you from eating here! The food is delicious! There are several parking spaces, they have outside seating and dogs are allowed! The mountain views all around are gorgeous so I recommend sitting outside if weather permits. The atmosphere is homey and laidback. Everything is homemade country kitchen style. Due to this you should expect a little bit of a wait to get your plates, but nothing too crazy long. All the food is feel-good comfort food so come hungry! All of the waitresses were friendly and cheery. Ours had great recommendations. She even asked if we wanted to order anything for our dog lol. We ordered her a plain pancake and it was brought out on its own plate with a bowl of water. House coffee was good and HerMosa mimosas was strong and tasty. My pancakes and sausage were yummy and just what I needed to fuel up on before going hiking. I had initially ordered a side of hash browns, but they never came to our table. We were not charged for them and I ended up having enough food to eat anyways. My husband’s burrito was savory and huge! We probably could have split a burrito and the sides. We got a cinnamon roll to-go and ate it later. It tasted like it was made with sourdough and was just okay - definitely not our favorite. Overall, we would eat here again!"

"Outdoor mountain view dining. Not fancy but amazing food. Pet friendly in the outdoor dining. This breakfast was the best breakfast in and around Durango. I will definitely be back. Had the bacon breakfast tacos with added grilled veggies and a fruit cup."

Staff was on point & the owner, Ryan came out to chat with us. I highly recommend this place if you get a chance to eat here or visit Durango."
