"It's been a PAIN listening to my kids and husband about their horrible experiences going to this Kum&go with our youngest. We know life isn't perfect, we all have problems going on in our personal life. Yet that doesn't give the right for managers and employees whatsoever to be screaming at kids!!! SPECIALLY if its' a 3 year old throwing a tantrum, please note that we are going through evaluations for possible AUTISM. THANK YOU.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
"Honestly, I love this location it’s super clean and I have no complaints about the staff and 99% of it. But please please please please for the love of everything good please fix the red raspberry koolee machine. Every time I come in it is making this awful sound and it’s not making a drinkable product. I spoke with staff, and they said technically, it’s not broken. Will you be the judge! Please fix it!"
