"So cool to have to pay for gas twice in the same day good thing I had enough on my card or I'd would have been screwed waiting for a mistake on your end to get gas I paid for but couldn'tget because it canceled out when i started pumping. Hire people that know how to push buttons correctly!!!! Then I still gotta wait to get my money back either way for your mistake."

"stop closing the bathrooms at 9pm, if u are going to waste all this space right on 1st the least you could do is keep the bathroom open. it’s crazy that even though we were paying customers we couldn’t simply use the restroom at 9:16pm on a weekend nonetheless."

"PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS — traumatizing experience!! I always come here for gas but today I stopped here to get gas in the middle pump 1:00-1:10PM , I walked inside to grab some snacks and drinks, when we walked out of the store I noticed a buff gentleman with tattoos (some face tattoos as well near eye and other areas) in a WHITE CAR vehicle middle pump next to our pump staring at me & my partner while we pumped gas and even after... I reversed my truck to get out of the pump area since it was busy..After I reversed, I was already driving towards the exit, the man starts walking fast towards in the front of my truck trying to block me so I can’t leave so I had to stop to let other vehicles go to the pump, he starts yelling loudly saying STOP STOP STOP really intimidating & harassing us for no reason TAKE NOTE I was already stopped and he kept yelling (a blue vehicle is stopped as well waiting for this man to clear the way) since he is blocking the gas other pumps too… Not sure what his intentions were but he was to intimidate & harass us.. He walked to my passenger window we rolled the window down to see what his deal was, we thought he was gonna hurt us, he walked quickly back to his vehicle made it look like he gonna grab a weapon or start following us... I called and filed a report at KUM & GO, hopefully he does not harass any other customers but mostly for our safety. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS! April 12 @ 1:00-1:10PM. Will try to ask the police station if a report is needed for this incident just for everyone’s safety. Please stay safe everyone!!!"

"This location has a new manager she has been with for almost a year now. What a fantastic place she has done a fantastic job. The food is always fresh cooler is always stocked. There are three of these gas stations in the rifle. This one and the one by ford are bolth too notch."

"Normally Kum and Go stores are great, but the customer service was really lacking this time. Stopped in early this morning for two items. Cashier was incredibly rude and wouldn’t respond to any customers. He slammed every drawer he could to let us know we were inconveniencing him, and muttered “oh my god” when my debit card didn’t read the first time. The transaction worked the second time and he stared at me, we grabbed our items, said “have a good night” and he walked to the back remaining silent. I get that it’s late at night, but customer service should always come first. I won’t return, at least for quite a while."
