"Let me just say that we came in here hankering for a good time and some fine grub and boy did we find it. Absolutely incredible food and atmosphere. Mural in the back is totally on point. Candles smell phenomenal. Hugh vibes only. Highest vibe in Montrose."

"I absolutely love Bluecorn. I think it’s the gem of Montrose. The food is simple but so delicious and nutritious. Feels very farm to table. And the candles are non toxic and expertly crafted. Love love love this place and will continue to come back every time I pass through Montrose!"

"My boyfriend and I stopped here on the way from Gunnison to Telluride. I got an almond milk hazelnut latte and it was amazing and beautiful. We shared a piece of the banana bread while we waited on our entrees-it was delicious!! I got the quiche which was made with gluten free crust and local eggs, came with a huge salad on the side. It was so great. My boyfriend got the breakfast sandwich and a regular latte. He tried my food and coffee and said he would have ordered what I got because it was so good! The atmosphere is so cozy and open, there’s a little shop you can browse and lots of places to sit and lounge for a while! We may come back on Sunday!!"

"Delicious food (incredible chocolate chip cookies that I didn’t get to even take a photo of because they were eaten so fast), really nice staff, and a great place to stop while watching how people make candles from scratch! The process is really cool."

"I had no idea there was a cafe inside Bluecorn until I looked up lunch spots on Yelp. The atmosphere is awesome, I love it! I was also so happy to see how many GF options they had including pastries. The menu isn’t huge, mostly sandwiches. I had the chicken pesto panini on GF & I was pleasantly surprised that it was strips of chicken breast & not lunch meat. The GF bread was good too, not too dense & the bread to filling ratio was perfect. There was also a GF tahini chocolate brownie & it was delicious! The drink I had was sooo good too. I think it was called Green Goodness-jalapeño infused Tequila, cucumber, lime, super refreshing."
