"Are we spending lots of money every day at Starbucks? Seems like when they’re in a hurry they just make the drinks, however, feel like they come out different every day. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, and they gave me an apple, shaken espresso or something with Apple. It was horrible. I was already too far to turn around. I was very disappointed."

"For starbucks this was awful. The floor was filthy which makes you wonder what else isn't being cleaned. Ordered 2 pikes place coffees. He said he would have to brew fresh because they were out. He said we would have to wait a few minutes. This was ok. We were fine waiting. After about 2 minutes he handed us old cold coffee."
"Arrived early on a Friday morning at 5:20am. We were at the time the only customers. Loved the fact that they open at 5am on weekdays. Service was fast. I used the restroom... Staff was friendly until I came out of the restroom and mentioned to the employee that the bathrooms could really use some attention. (I was shocked how gross they were, and even questing why they were even out of toilet paper for just opening for the day. ) The girl gave me a very rude look, rolled her eyes and went back to what she was doing. I would have recommended this location up until the way I was treated for trying to help. As far as my order: the Apple crisp Frappuccino & Mango dragon fruit were very good as were our pumpkin loaf and pumpkin muffin. Would recommend any of the 4 items."
