"This was my first time visiting this place. I was very happy with the food. The flavors and tenderness were amazing. The service towards us was good. However, I witnessed a party of 7 walk-in, and not one staff member greeted them for over 5 minutes. I understand they may have been waiting for tables to leave, but no communication with the group really upset me. I spent 15 years in the service industry a long time ago, but I do still hold high standards for places. That just didn't sit well with me. The least amount of effort would be to speak with the customers and let them know what the plan is. I did enjoy the food and will return, I just hope management steps up."

"First off...LOVE their food! Great variety, sides, meats, awesome. My lower rating was due to ordering to go. Once home, I felt the portions were smaller than if I had dined in person. Pretty small sides, and I don't think I had a complete order of ribs. I know I've eaten in person and I've always had leftovers for a second meal. But ordering just to go, I was disappointed to not have any leftovers after ribs plus two sides. Will still visit in the future, but I'll probably get seated and eat some, then get the remnants to go for more food for seconds."

"The food was amazing we ordered two helpings of their meal for 2, it fed 8 people and yes we had left overs. The drinks were great, not strong, not weak, perfect. Our server was so sweet the staff sang happy birthday with us to our son. Good times, thank you, Rib City. We'll be back."

"My family and I were vacationing through Colorado and stopped in Montrose for lunch. We walked past this place and decided to give it a try since my dad is on a meat only diet. This place is a true American style restaurant. Lots of meats and side options. I'm a fried okra fanatic so of course I had to give them a try and they were some of the best I've ever had! The meats were all very juicy and tender. I also decided to try their peach beer and it was delicious. Overall, great service, food and drinks - highly recommend to anyone looking for a meat spot while in Montrose!"
