"Absolutely disgusting. Do you want tuna in your shower? I workout before work, so I need to use the shower. I made a complaint once because the shower was getting piled up with clothes and trash. Literally piles of wet clothes, razors, bunches of wet paper towels, etc, for days on end. Meaning they don't clean the showers. I emailed them, they cleaned it. They didn't respond to my email, I just noticed it was clean the next day. They didn't fill any of the soaps which are always empty, but the trash was gone. Fast forward a month or so. Trash starts to pile up again. I notice - and I'm not kidding - and open can of tuna, on the floor in the shower. I don't say anything, thinking they'll clean it, they can't control some weirdo leaving that there. But I go in the next day, it's still there. 2 day old tuna, sitting in the shower. So I cancel my membership. I still have to pay for 8 more months because of the contract, which is lame. I realize the contract says it's a 12 month commitment, but you're also supposed to clean your showers every day (which is what they said when I canceled). So, rules are only rules when they feel like it. So in conclusion - this place is disgusting, and management is incompetent."

"Not homely and without dignity. I quit because the vibes weren’t right, The staff forgot to document that I quit and charged me for another month. When I went in to have them refund it and document me actually quitting, they were cold and didn’t entertain that I quit before. And their policy is I will have to pay ~another~ month, as I guess quitting actually instantiates 30 days from when you quit. The assistant gm insisted it was policy and there was nothing she would do about it. Additionally, my membership fee increased without my knowing (I’m sure there was an email among hundreds of other ads they send). By the way also there are annual club fees they don’t tell you about unless you ask or read the fine print. Join other gyms in Boulder that are all-around better. People, equipment, price, vibes, cleanliness. 24 fitness is close by and better."

"The gym itself is fine. Has okay equipment. Trainers on the floor are also helpful. Please read the contract carefully before signing. There is 50$ annual fee they don't really care to tell you about that'll be charged one month in. If you are moving out, PLEASE cancel your membership in person before leaving. The management was horrible and gave me the runaround for months before canceling my membership to the point where I was scared to post this review in fear. After I moved states, I was told to come in person to cancel, spoke to manager and was told i can send a letter or go to another crunch location. I went to another one, they had absolutely no clue how to do it. Had to send in a letter, then deal with them saying they haven't received it. Had to email screenshot of delivery and deal with several rude employees on the phone before they finally canceled it. Not really the employees' fault but most seem unwilling to help, it's the membership policies. Please be prepared for what you sign up for."

"I’ve had an outstanding experience at this gym, largely thanks to Bella Her dedication and support have been invaluable to my fitness journey. Bella consistently goes above and beyond to assist and motivate members. Her knowledge and personalized approach have immensely improved my workouts, making them both effective and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere. She’s always willing to provide guidance, advice, and encouragement. I highly recommend this gym, especially with exceptional staff members like Bella who truly make a difference in the members' experience."

"Good sized gym. With plenty of equiptment from treadmills and bicycles to squat racks and weight benches with everything in between. They offer stand up tanning beds, lay down tanning beds, infared sauna, dry saunas, and massage chairs. This location is open 24/7 and has bicycle racks for locking up your 2 wheeled or 1 wheeled rides."
