"I participated in a mediation with Suzanne in September of 2022. The other party was the one who found Suzanne to lead the mediation and I was without representation. During the mediation when I brought up receiving part of my spouses 401k, Suzanne told me this was an unreasonable request because of all the taxes and withdraw penalties. Since I did not have a lawyer I had no idea that there wouldnt be any issues withdrawing since we could use a QRDO. I find it very unsettling that she did not either know about a QRDO or decided to lie to me about penalties and taxes. I eventually obtained counsel and was able to mediate lawyer to lawyer. Stay away from her services. Nothing in Colorado Governs or regulates a mediator. Anyone can do it and no one holds them accountable."

"I have to agree with a few folks here that Suzanne is easily manipulated and biased towards one side which is understandable and natural for most people, but a skilled mediator with 25 years of experience should be insulated from such behavior. I spent so much of the mediation time defending myself that it felt like an interrogation which lasted an hour longer than it should have. Because of her quick propensity for bias, I have serious doubts about her ability to promote a fair and balanced solution for both parties. I won't be requesting her services in the future."
