As a woman I feel like either shops try and take advantage of you or they talk to you like you're dumb! Not here Darius was so helpful! He explained what needed to be done and WHY!! I didn't have the money to do everything that day so he helped me prioritize what I needed now and helped me with figuring out how long I had to get the rest! "If your lives matters to you, do not go to this location!! Here is my experience with this location: Took my car to this location for the brake replacement. After 5 hours of work, I paid for the repair and picked up my car. After 40 minutes, I took my car back to the store after hearing weird noise coming from one of the front tires. They spent 3-5 minutes to look at my car with a flash light ( without even lifting my car ) and told my that that noise was normal. The noise was still there but they assured me that it was ok so I kept driving my car. 3 days later, around 11 pm I was driving on I225 and the tire where the weird noise was left my car caused an accident. I was about making about 75 miles per hour and to get hit 4 times by the time I managed to pull over. Police and tow company got called. I got my car towed to this store at midnight that day. We were about to die. My life matters to me. If it does to you as well, go look for a different shop. As soon as I told them that i will go to the court for this,The district manager called me and talked to me very rudely , refused to fix my car. My engine light had never been on before. I AM NOT ABLE TO DRIVE ANY MORE AS BEFORE. I GOT ALL THE POLICE REPORTS, A REPORT FROM HOSPITAL AND PUTTING ALL PAPER WORK TOGETHER FOR A LAWSUIT.
