Show pictures of the right part then go get high in the back and bring the wrong part. Something ain't right..should probably stick to the old days HIRE EDUCATED MECHANICS. NOT KIDS"
"The lady assistant manager is the worst. She promised to send a driver to pick up a part I ordered that didn't show up and when I showed up the second time, it turned out they couldn't spare any drivers but she didn't bother letting me know! That's two trips wasted when I could've just picked it up myself. DONT MAKE PROMISES YOU CANT KEEP!!"
"These guys are amazing. I have had a commercial account for over 20 years with them. I was broke down in my service truck on i76. I was out there in 85 degree weather for 3 hours trying to get fixed. I called for part and delivery and asked to bring water to drink , and within an hour I had part and got going in 30 minutes .. they went above and beyond for me. They will always be my first choice for parts .You guys ROCK!!!! Thank you commercial side, you guys blow away the competition!!! Sincerely, Sam Hart Redneck recovery"
"To all the small food truck businesses that want a place to park up. Do not post up here, I agreed with the manager Manny to be able to post up here with only the condition to give them a 25% discount. We for filled with our agreement, but one lady went up to order and i didn't see that she worked there nor did she let me know. Next thing you know the manager manny comes out angry and tells us rudely that we need to keep up our end of the agreement if not to leave. I did my best to talk to him calmly to deescalate the situation. But he wouldn't even let me talk. The lady went a second time and i offered to give the money back as-well. Either way just giving you guys a heads up. The employees were all great and talked with good manners, the manager needs to work on his."
