"Got a new battery and it went out in 3 months. They were supposed to test it before they even gave it to me. And they did not. Now I have battery acid all over my car."
"They changed the oil in my car and did not reset the light, I asked if they could and they told me to look it up. My car started leaking oil a few days after my oil change and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone despite calling at all times of day everyday. I also asked if they could replace my missing valve stem and make sure I didn’t have a leak, neither of those things were done and turns out I did have a leak as my low tire pressure gauge popped on a day after they inflated my tires. Would be happy if they answered a call so they could remedy the situation."
"They do not open at 7, even though that's the time listed on their website, their door, and that's the time they give you if you call. I showed up at 7 and waited for almost an hour, had three people show up and say they'd help me, and they walked away and never came back. I got up early to be the first here because they said it was first come first serve. A complete waste of time. Do not go here."
"they arent doing any oil changes or probably most services, they are short staffed as hell thus they dont do anymore services hours prios to close, all they can do is nicely answer any questions you got Also consider their hours 7-3 as thats when the boss is around and stuff is able to be done."
"! Purchased full set of Goodyear tires 1 month ago, got a low pressure warning and L rear no visible damage, filled up to same result days later. Went in last week for repair at noon was told no service tech in, went back today at 1:30 explained situation and that it was my 2nd time in to repair was told everyone was on break and that they had 1 tire repair and 1 oil change and that they couldn't help me AGAIN! This is BS customer service I will get the tires repaired BUT WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPT AGAIN! Update 12-22 Ed the store manager became aware of this issue and completely fixed the situation! With this type of Manager I will continue to use this service center."
