Sherman communicated with any updates and got confirmation from me before starting any major pieces. He was also honest about larger issues that might be uncovered after the initial repair. "I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with TH Automotive fixing a coolant leak (cracked radiator) in my Lexus GX460. Contacted them via the website Monday morning, received a call shortly thereafter, got scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday I dropped it off early (745 am). Shortly thereafter they tell me they found the problem is a cracked radiator and they can fix it same-day for $950. I agree, and at 4pm I pick up my car. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to. I got this issue resolved more quickly than I would've anticipated for about the price I would've expected. Based on this experience I would absolutely come back and recommend friends."
