"Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He realized the prior shop I used to pack my bearings had the wrong size of inner bearing resulting in it just riding on the edge until it failed. Dan has the resources to get the correct part and he was gracious enough not to charge for extra mileage to get the correct parts. "He certainly knows what he’s doing. He fixed my Norcold fridge. He was professional and quick. I was expecting a much higher bill and he charged less than half of what we had set aside for the repair. Extremely nice guy, I highly recommend his services."
"Brian did a great job I needed the lock on my door replaced. He outlined my options. Brian ordered the lock I choose before he left. Due to an emergency I had to reschedule installation, Brian worked with my schedule and installed the lock. He arrived on time for each visit. When he installed the lock he also diagnosed my inoperable exhausted fan. Again he contacted the manufacturer while he at and ordered replacement components. I found this impressive because other repair shops wanted to replace the entire unit at a far higher cost. Installation of the components is not yet complete pending receipt from the manufacturer."
