"I bought and installed these Owl Vans products for my 2021 Revel: B2 Bike Carrier Expedition Box -Large Ladder + Tire Carrier Mini Sherpa Expedition Handle for mounting Rotopax to tire We could have had Owl Vans install them. However, Owl provides thorough install instructions for those who are brave/handy enough to do it themselves. That is a real plus. I can't comment on their service because I did it all myself. But if their service is as high quality as their products, then I am sure it is stellar. These boxes and carriers are top-notch best quality. I can confidently say you will not be disappointed. We love our Owl products! They are part of the reason why my Revel gets so many compliments. Seriously, we can't go anywhere without people commenting on how much they admire our van. Also, congrats to Owl for being Mercedes-Benz partners! It is no surprise to me that they were able to be certified."

"We couldn't be happier with a level of service Owl van Denver . Zach the manager went above and beyond answered all my questions Both is texting me now. Because it was going to take all day to do the band even drove us to the local coffee shops and then collected for the babies ready. I'll check with a number of other van companies in the area, and surprisingly they were the cheapest put a band compass Leaf springs and for the install. The only thing is you have to book they are very busy . My highest recommendation"

"I contacted owl about some upgrades in Nov. Had various questions over months untill placing the order in February. They were vary knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Had to reschedule number of times because of myself issues. They accommodated me with all the reschedules. I had new Talon Wheels, all terrain tires and the 6.3 suspension kit installed. Have had the van out number of times and don't know how I lived without this. Great job. I highly recommend them and will be back for other upgrades"

"After nearly 3 months of coordinating with the team I still never received the parts nor the install on my Sprinter. There has been absolutely no communications to me other than my own out reach to them. I've since made most of the upgrades and installations elsewhere for about 65% of the prices quoted. I really wanted to like this cause the gear looks sweet and well made but the customer service and pricing has been redicuouls since the start. Find someone local and you'll save time and money."
