"By far the best mechanic I've ever been to. I sent my car over on a Saturday and was told it would be a long wait since they were busy. I expected that meant I'd be waiting until Wednesday, but Monday evening they called and let me know that my car was ready for pickup. Dennis walked me through the major points of the requested repairs (rear main seal replacement, oil pan gasket replacement, and valve cover gasket replacement) and then showed me my now (unexpectedly) cleaned engine and where he had taken extra pains to seal up the multiple other places my car was leaking oil. After all this, the major repairs and the extra effort put in to clean and reseal most of my engine, I still paid LESS than what my old mechanic wanted to charge for the rear main and oil pan gasket replacements ALONE. The bottom line is, if you want great people to provide great service for you and your vehicle at an unbeatable price, this is where you want to go. Period."

Heavy Metal Mechanics were able to not only take in my truck that night, but they also were able to give a general diagnosis. They troubleshot my diesel pickup over the next day and got me and my family back on the road at a reasonable price. Very nice family owned shop that even gave me a ride back to my hotel, twice! "They replaced my y pipe to my muffler and took a lot of elbow grease due to all the rust. They still only charged what the original quote that was given. Also checked out some other things that another mechanic had done and corrected those issues. I would highly recommend them to any one needing a great mechanic and most importantly an honest mechanic. I'm a senior woman and a lot of mechanic shops see a woman coming and automatically figure they've got a turkey they can say anything and charge a fortune. Also their labor prices are the cheapest I've found."
