"I liked buying my Audi here, the mechanics are great, and the service director, Ben, was on top of it. Do not see Alex M. I think the point of his job is to communicate between the customer and the mechanics, but he’s awful at it. No communication, couldn’t answer my simple questions (other employee across from him overheard and did), and he spoke down to me until my husband showed up to pick me up. You can choose your person upon making an appointment, and the rest seem great, so I’ll be sure to do that next time!"
