Very nice and knowledgeable; they seem to want to only fix what is actually wrong with the car. I ran into two sweet ladies and they both said they love this place and have been coming 10-15+yrs. "THIS is the shop you want to bring your vehicle to. In spite of having some part issues (not their fault, clearly a part manufacturer's defect), I can't recommend them enough! Everyone there is super friendly, very knowledgeable and it's abundantly clear they operate with integrity. When the serpentine belt that they had replaced a week before failed, I called them and they got me in, fixed, and back on the road the very same day! That's huge in my book. It shows quite clearly that they really care and that when things go awry they'll make you a priority. They were very gracious about it, and didn't even try to charge me for the second repair. I'm very grateful to have finally found a shop I can trust. They will be getting all my car maintenance business going forward. Thanks Dean and Kris, and everyone else at Four Seasons!!"
"I called them up and was able to set up a time to drop my car off since it was making a weird noise. Kris and his team looked it over told me what was going on and gave me a good idea of what was going on and the time it would take. There was solid communication through the whole process and will definitely be taking my cars there again when needed."
"Several of us here at Ace use 4 Seasons. They service our delivery trucks and my personal vehicles. These guys are completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick, friendly and reasonable. Because of this they are busy sometimes so you need to make an appointment. Worth the wait though. They are highly recommended."
