"Booked a Rolls Royce for my wedding- he took me and my maid of honor to the first look location, said he would wait for us so me and my groom could take pictures with the car. After we were done taking pictures, we could not find him anywhere, no notification with his location. I find out later that he asked my photographer if he could leave and she was like I guess? (I didn’t realize my photographer was paying him??) I got zero pictures in the car or with my husband in the car. I’ve been contacting my wedding planner over a month now and she says there’s nothing we can do. Contract clearly states there was supposed to be pictures. Extremely disappointed in this service for just under $1k for 30 minutes of service and then left us."

"Fantastic night! We booked the Holiday Lights Tour with an extra hour for a dinner stop. All 17 of us (young and old) had a blast! Our driver Denise was super communicative, friendly, and attentive. She was able to park right in front of the houses and we were able to watch the shows! Very cool way to view the lights/shows. Would 100% book again!"
