"Have had great experience in the past. Today took my car in for a simple oil change, they went over diagnostics as usual. I live in Lafayette and by the time I got home my car was jerking when accelerating. I called the service place and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and short with me. Did not offer any support or solutions. I had to ask all very clear direct questions regarding dropping car off and if I was going to be able to get a loner car in the mean time to get any idea of what the protocol was when this happens. Pretty disappointed with that customer service aspect, I also don’t feel safe driving my car back to this location. So, I will be taking my service elsewhere."

"I bought my used Honda Fit from Flatirons Subaru back in 2018. It had was in excellent shape with only a small chip in the corner of the windshield. Five years later I still have not had one mechanical issue with this vehicle. I did have to replace the windshield this year due to that tiny chip, and I did have to replace two tail light bulbs. I highly recommend Flatiron Subaru. The customer service was excellent and you can feel safe buying a used vehicle from them. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Flatiron Subaru!"
