"Dr. Frances Smith seems as if she's not paying attention to 1/2 of what you tell her. She recently wrote a letter on my son's behalf regarding a diagnosis that was never made and never communicated to me. She noted in the document that she recommended that my son go to a specialist for this phantom diagnosis. She stated that this all occurred in his most recent appointment, which I took him to. None of this was ever communicated. I don't know if she overloads her schedule or just has difficulty paying attention. I don't think she connects well with her patients or the parents of her patients very well. I always feel as if she is too rushed and disconnected."
