"Lance was amazing to work with. Every RV mechanic within 200 miles wouldn't even take a look at our fridge without waiting 3 weeks or more. I called Lance on Saturday and our trailer was in his hands on Monday and it was gone on Tuesday. He was honest and upfront and let us know it was a warranty issue. He is very genuine and he knows what he is doing. He is not there to play games. I wish we could have continued our work with Lance. I know this is just the beginning and we will definitely be back.
