"Dr. Nichols has been the pediatrician for our three kids since they have been born. She is so fantastic. We recommend her to all of our friends and family. She is very thorough, patient and wonderful with kids. I will never forget when we were going through Covid how patient and educational she was. She always seemed to be checking in on us as parents as well to make sure we were doing okay, which I think is very unique and speaks highly of her."

"If I could put 0 stars, I would. If you want a doctor who listens to you, please see anyone but dr Nichols. Dr Nichols was my daughters pediatrician from time of birth until age 14 months old when I kept taking my child in from one month of age concerned I ever and over and over again with many, many issues and dr Nichols always responded with “she’s fine,” “it’s probably a virus” “it’s a cold”. Did nothing but use a stethoscope on my daughter and no tests, no X-rays. Always made me feel like a bother anytime I came in when all I was hoping for was an answer. My daughter was dying in front of my very eyes and I trusted dr Nichols to help me find an answer. Finally I took my child to the hospital extremely short of breathe at age 14 months old and by that time, it was too late. My daughter was put on a heart transplant late two weeks later, and life support 1 month later and died at age 21 months old. 12/23/20 is when I lost my daughter. I trusted this doctor with my daughter and I kept getting dismissed and sent home , whole time my daughter is fighting for her life.. never trust this doctor with your children. I would seek a new pediatrician. I believe my daughter would be alive today if I had switched pediatricians when my child’s symptoms first started to arise. I wish I could’ve done so many things different. I don’t know if dr Nichols ever knew if my daughter lost her life but I hope this is a learning lesson to listen to every concerned parent. evaluate the kids better and take your job seriously. My daughters life was in your hands , my trust was in your hands and we were both failed. My daughter so beautiful and she’s gone forever because I kept coming to you."

She is always patient with our many questions and makes sure we have a clear understanding of what is going on. She is rational, down-to-earth, and very good at what she does!"
