Webb Chevrolet Of Cortez

"My 22 GMC Denali broke down in Cortez Co. With 7000 miles on it, on Jun 2 2023. It needed the engine replaced which took 4 months. It was shipped to Bellingham Washington at the end of Seopt. When I picked it up it had a dead battery, and had to be charged. I drove it 40 miles and it died at an intersection and would not start. After about 10 minuets it started again and I got it home. While on the phone with On Star I got an error code on the dash saying engine will shut down in 4 minutes. I turned it off and the radiator was boiling over. I had On Star pick it up and took it to a GM dealer . In the mean time I called Webb’s service department and spoke to the service manager. I told him what happened and his was response was, I’m not surprised GM told him that some trucks blow up after a couple on hundred miles again. I received a call from the dealer looking at it and they found that the ground strap was loose, causing the radiator fans not to come on . That caused the overheating in traffic. Also they forgot to secure sme of the wiring snd stripped a header manifold stud. I called Webb and sent them the work order and pictures of my dash showing the overheating, with no response. I finally got hold of the CEO of Webb and he denied that his mechanic made any mistakes. He would take any responsibility. Everyone can make a mistake, just own up to it. There mistake cost me $25000.00"
