He even took time to Explain to me what was going on with the vehicle, And even showed me the worn out part that was replaced. My husband and I were recently on a vacation that had us driving through Cortez Colorado, 1,462 miles from home when we started hearing a concerning noise from the car. It kind of sounded like something was dragging or something was wrong with the front passenger side break. We stopped to take a look and didn’t see anything dragging, but the noise was still there. We found Eighty Eight on Google. It was 2 miles form where we were so we went there and are so glad we did. Although they said they were booked until Oct. 2nd, Larry did say he would take a minute to look at our car. In a matter of minutes, he had it diagnosed, fixed and we were good to go. Turns out a small piece of stone got stuck up in the break. They were reasonably priced and we gave them a tip to thank them for taking time for us. Larry and his wife were kind and helpful and took time out of their schedule to try to help some out of town travelers. We are so grateful we found Eighty Eight. If we didn’t live 1,400 miles away, we would surely go back."
"We had an encounter with a deer that damaged our Mercedes based RV radiator. We could not find anyone who would do an emergency replacement so we could return to Tucson. In spite of a large backlog of work they made time to do our 5 hour repair. That saved us a $3000 tow to Albuquerque. Fine service and very pleasant and honest people. Highly recommended."
