"Kustom towed us from the middle of nowhere to their yard, in the middle of the night, then, when I couldn't find a shop they used their contacts to find me one and then towed me there. 36 foot RV rear wheel drive, so the driveshaft had to come out.... I expected something in the range of $2k well I was pleasantly surprised... Guys, thanks... If your stuck in Cortes Colorado to Telluride area, the kustom towing folks are the guys to call"

"My wife and I hit a deer coming out of Mesa Verde National Park. The car was immobile and we were stranded. We had a hotel in Durango that night, and tickets for the Durango/Silverton train the next morning, and in a tight spot. Darnell and crew met us and were absolutely incredible. They were hospitable, professional, efficient, and caring. They were willing and able to not only safely tow our vehicle, but also get us to our hotel in Durango (Over 50 minutes away from the shop). Special shout-out to Cadence for getting us to the hotel. You don't know how much we appreciate it! We agree with another rater below 10 stars if possible. P.S. We made the train the next morning."

"This shop do excellent job! This mechanic makes excellent job .fast finding problems, was blown water pump. They are fast finding parts and 3 hours parts come to shop 11:30am and 3:30pm was done and we are on the way to delivery. They are professional and great people.price was reasonable . "Love these guys, and after getting royally screwed by Chase's Diesel service of Odessa TX (make sure to never break down there) I've got a bit of PTSD with truck shops... Had a big vibration on my Peterbilt coming into town on a Sunday and their man met me in a parking lot, examined the problem and gave me some advice. On a Sunday! That's service! Pulled into the shop Monday morning and they spent half a day going over the truck with a fine tooth comb. Ultimately they determined the problem was deeper than what we could solve today and I elected to limp it home, but we eleimated a lot of what if's! In a town full of out-of-business diesel shops, they have a great place with a nice parts department and friendly folks. Refreshing.. Breaking down sucks, but if your close enough to this place to get it here, you probably won't be disappointed."
