Our team of therapists and counselors are dedicated to providing personalized care that integrates evidence-based practices with each client's unique background and experiences. At Your Story Matters Therapy Group, we offer specialized care for children, teenagers, parents, and couples. We have three convenient locations in the Greater Omaha metro area, including our main office at the Modern Work space in the iconic Pamida building at 88th and F Street. Additionally, we have offices in West Omaha near Boys Town and in Council Bluffs inside Broadway United Methodist Church.

"Jenny Ratliff is very unprofessional. She takes many trips to go have go on vacation. Won't schedule appointments with her clients. Wants to play games and thinks she doesn't have to be in contact with the parents about how she is changing scheduling. However I will not recommend her to no one at this point. I hope in the future she becomes more professional and does what she is to do for a therapist. She needs reported about how unprofessional she is."
"I've tried contacting Jenny Ratliff multiple times, but I can't get a hold of her. My first calls was on September 28th, October 2, and October 6th. I finally got a call back on October 9th. Unfortunately I couldn't answer. She left a message that she would call back the following day between noon and 1pm. I called and said "yes" please call me back. Of course, she didn't call. I called her during the time period she was supposed to call and left a fifth message. No response. I called again the following day and no response. And again today with no response. A total of 7 calls and I've never spoken to her."
