"I was doing a google search to look for a therapist and stumbled on this website. I called looking to see if there were any therapists who were accepting new clients. I called and the lady on the phone said they were but wanted to give me their website so I can see who I would like to choose for therapy and call her back because she “doesn’t know what I want therapy for”. Sure of course you don’t but I tried explaining to her that I already looked at the list and bios and was currently looking at the list while on the phone but I wanted to know who was open. She then gives me a few names of ppl who aren’t open and again I have to ask her Can you just tell me who is open because the list of therapists who aren’t seem longer. She then asks for my insurance to then tell me only one of the therapists will take my insurance yet she doesn’t specialize in what I want to be seen for. All of the information given to me was fine even if it given to me in such a roundabout way and then tells me to “maybe call back in a couple of weeks” The lady on the phone tried to get me off the call twice and to call back, and really lacks communication skills. She kept saying “ I don’t know” if you don’t know then who does? Maybe they should be answering the phone? I spent 5 minutes on a call that should’ve taken 30 seconds . It is so infuriating to look for services when the people on the other line do not know how to communicate and don’t understand that looking for therapy in general takes people some time, please tell me who actually calls you guys back when you tell people to call you in a couple of weeks . For future clients maybe Start with “hi my name is” Offer to HELP explain what your office provides, or ASK people what they want therapy for, don’t tell people to get off the phone and call you back and maybe don’t make people feel like you’re in such a rush to hang up"

"Susan Smith is a great therapist. i have been going to her for the past three years. She has helped me with EMDR techniques to help heal trauma in the past. Also , Paul is a great LMNHP. He has been open to medication changes and helps me with meds that have side effects either by changing them and giving alternatives. i highly recommend Therapy Resource Associates."

"I moved around and missed some mails. They sent my bill directly to collection and showed up on my credit report. At least give me a call before you do that. I have never missed a payment before. I had 800+ credit score before this. Now credit score is just going to look bad for while. I regretted so much to go to this place."

"Worst doctor ever. Gave her all my medical records to write a review. She had all of my 3"s of paperwork for 2 months only to ignore all of my calls the last 2 weeks, and she canceled the day before my board hearing. Would not recommend to anyone. There ought to be consequences for shoddy doctors like this. One of the people that says they care about veterans but when push comes to shove she screws them over."
