"I started to buy my own coffee from Dunkin and do it from home. This morning I ran out of milk so I again came to the store to order my XL with 4 creams and sugars and again my coffee is not what I asked for. At almost $4 dollars a cup I am wasting my money coming there as a few time I had to go back in and ask for my coffee to be made right. Here is the deal for those who work there coffee is not a "Necessity" especially at almost $4 dollars cup. When a customer wants their order a certain way it is because they have an acquired taste and now how it should be. If you cannot do these simple things you are going to lose customers. I cannot any longer spend this amount of money which there are days where I may come every other day to grab a cup when it is made incorrectly. Thanks but I cannot keep "Pouring" this type of money for something I am not getting."
"They “lose” my order more times than not. I order on line the donuts I want just to find out when I get there they don’t have any and I have to order something else after I have already paid. They don’t have any kind of system and are completely overwhelmed!"
"Waited 30 minutes for our food. Went to the front to ask and they were all playing in their phones and had forgotten to start any of it. They then finally started our food and still were unable to get the order correct delivering the wrong menu items. After paying we also realized they double charged us for one of the items."
"Getting coffee through a drive through should be an unstressful experience. After a 15 min wait between ordering and reaching the drive through window our 3 drinks were still not ready. If you want to get Dunkin’ by all means do so. But if you have someplace to be I’d go somewhere else."
"I usually go here for donuts on occasion, but the last time I had, it was from an online order through their app. When I arrived to pick up my order, employees were a bit oblivious, saying that they never received the order, so I showed them my order and order # from the order I had placed, but they said they never received it. Please pay better attention and if your end of app is not open, please do so. I found that part of the visit unprofessional of them. They made it right though, but please do better going forward."
