"I usually love this coffee I prefer it over Starbucks, but this was the first time coming to this location and I'll be honest it's the worst coffee I've ever had, I knew it was going to be made wrong when they asked so many questions..confused on my order (a simple iced caramel oat milk shaker with white mocha.) My boyfriend got a simple iced Carmel latte and they taste like nothing at all but burnt espresso. Terrible quality. Good people."
"Here Friday 6/30/23 just after 7pm (nearly hour before close). Barista wasn't engaged, ordered "less hot" and iced latte. Iced was fine but other was full temp. Also - first barista took order and made less hot latte then asked her peer to make the iced. Peer stood in front of me and proceeded to text/snap/whatever for several minutes before making my drink. Place was empty so I found this to be rude and unprofessional."
