"I'm a senior citizen with disabilities I've had met life since I've been in my twenties but they have changed significantly I've been trying to settle an issue since December of 2021 get the runaway around unless you talk to somebody in the Philippines and all the other numbers in the United States that I call a non-existent I am very disappointed I don't know if it's a scam or fraud but it's a shame because I've Loved MetLife but I'm tired of all this run around Philippines I have tried all the United States calls and nobody answers or rings and says cannot be completed as dialed scanning game now since they have switched ownership they changed significantly significantl significantly ownership I can't seem to get the problem resolved they say I have a loan which I don't they keep sending me bills on interest which I don't have is supposed to be withdrawal last ye"
"All they are good for is stealing your money. You can't cancel unless it is in a one month window. I have a job that now offers dental at a fraction of what I pay them. They said they will continue to take my money for another 11 months. This is no way to treat a veteran. Their website also said a financial hardship does not qualify for you to cancel. So as long as you are giving them your money they are OK with it."
