"I went to the store to purchase some cards and use my Hallmark rewards. I was told the owner would only allow coupons received in the mail to be used. I have never had that happen before and I have been a member for many years. If I would have known this I would never have gone to this store and will not ever go again."
"We bought my niece a christmas ornament there a few days ago. When wrapping it, we discovered it was broken. My husband tried to exchange- was told no receipt no exchange. Then she told him to get some glue. I went back and it was the same lady who helped us pick them out. She said - I remember helping you and selling it to you, but without a receipt I won't exchange it. Rude. Nothing like selling a broken item. The ornament is 2021 from Hallmark. The worst customer service ever. Will never buy from them again."
"I spoke with Beverly on 12/10/2020, regarding the possibility of having 3 sold out (in Omaha) holiday ornaments shipped to me. Beverly was very friendly and helpful and the ornaments were received today. So happy and pleased with the outstanding customer service I received."
