"There was a lady at the register with a ponytail and graying redish hair at the front and my sister and I walked in. When we got to the front, she greeted us with a horrible attitude and very snarky tone. She wasn't much help with getting my online pick up order ready, so I asked another associate and she was kind enough to help us get our order to us. She said, "I don't know how to do that, it won't let me log in." I left annoyed and she was acting very authoritative and my experience was not the best with her presence. Without that kind associate there, I would've demanded a refund with that kind of disrespectful attitude."
