"They messed up my jewelry order and gave me incorrect information just to make a sale. The hassle to fix the problem would take 6 weeks to be resolved. Came here again 12-18-23 I feel like they are understaffed and need more workers who move with a sense of urgency to help handle the long lines that happen quick. My cashier was an older woman and she was very sweet."

I have a $50 outfit for $17.95 love their sales with the kids clothes this is a good time to stock up on clothing and winter coats all winter coats or $25 a piece some retail value at $130 I suggest everyone get out and go to JCPenney's as soon as possible I don't know when the sale ends"
